Just to let all our EU customers know that we continue to ship to you from our UK warehouse. Our pricing remains unchanged, and your order will arrive with local VAT and any import duties prepaid. The price you see when shopping remains the total price you’ll pay.
At the moment there are still some delays and shipping times can be extended in some circumstances but we work very closely with our agents to make this as pain-free as possible. Please bear with us!
As you can imagine we are extremely proud of our products and will not be happy unless you are. Therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases we will offer a full refund when products are returned in a new, unworn condition with the tags intact within 90 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to provide a refund. Any items received in a non sellable condition will not be accepted.
If you have received an item from Riz as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or a credit note only.
Before returning your purchase please email us at email@example.com stating the style, the reason(s) and your preference with regards to exchange / refund.
We offer a free returns service in the UK. Please use the FREEPOST RETURNS LABEL provided with your shorts. If, for any reason, there is no label sent with the shorts please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide one. We are sorry but this does NOT apply for sale items, where we must ask you to bear the cost of returning and/ or exchanging an item.
For international returns please send the shorts back to the below address (don't forget to put a note in the package so we know who you are):

We don't offer free international returns but we do offer an extended returns period of 90 days. Any parcels that are returned to us remain your responsibility and a refund/ exchange cannot be given until they are received by us.
You are welcome to return the shorts using your own local shipper or we can help arrange the return with DHL via Global-e. Please email us at email@example.com .
If you prefer to use your own shipper, we recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
If you wish to exchange something, you can always place a new order online for the replacement item if you are in a rush, then return what you don't want to keep after. When ordering this way please put at note in the returns box with your new order number. If you are happy to wait you can simply return your order with a note explaining the exchange and we'll swap them over for you, stock allowing.
